1 -2k Mobilack
It can be used as a single component product, or can be activated with CATALYST 4100-2K, with the ratio varnish : catalyst = 10 : 1. Respects environment and the workers’ health, being waterbased and practically VOC free. With Mobilack very high protection levels can be obtained against wear and abrasion, for traditional furniture, pre-sanded or to be restored. High performances with the convenience of a single component/catalyzable technology.

Method of use
Apply on a smooth and clean surface, free from oils, greases, waxes, silicones and old varnishes, properly sanded.
If used as bicomponent mix varnish and CATALYST 4100-2K in ratio 10 : 1, stir very well then add 5-10% of water (possibly demineralized), and stir again. Wait 10 minutes.
Apply Mobilack in two or three coats (80-100 mL/m² each), depending on the final desired touch of the finish.
After each coat wait 12 hours and sand with abrasive paper grit 220, aspirate with care all the dust and clean with an antistatic cloth. Then apply the next coat of Mobilack.
